Since 1980, Jeff has founded and worked for several real estate companies in South Carolina, including Pinehurst Builders, Crossman Communities, Beazer Homes, Nations Homes and now Nations Homes II. His experience includes co-owning and operating the largest private homebuilding company in South Carolina and co-operating one of the largest divisions of a public building company ranked as the 16th largest homebuilder in the nation. Jeff has been involved in several master-planned single and multifamily residential communities and has built and sold 400+ production homes per year. Recently Jeff has been developing boutique neighborhoods with custom and semi-custom homes. Annual sales have been in excess of $30 million over the last several years. Nations Homes II has been voted Custom Home Builder of the Year by readers of the Myrtle Beach Herald and is projected to again reach $30,000,000 in revenue for 2020. Jeff also founded ERA Realty, now Callahan, Teal, Skelley ERA Realty. A consistently topped ranked ERA franchise worldwide. Jeff co-owned and co-developed “The International World Tour” located in Myrtle Beach. This popular golf course has 27 holes fashioned after the most popular and challenging golf holes in the world. Jeff is also a major shareholder in Southeast Restaurants, a holding company for 50 Pizza Huts in South Carolina and Georgia with approximately $38m in gross sales annually.
